Description
The International Freelance Agreement is a contract between two Parties: a company, hiring the Freelancer, and the Freelancer, generally an individual and independent professional, providing the services; the Parties are located in different countries. The Freelancer is hired to perform a wide range of works across different industries such as: writing and content creation, graphic design, web development and digital marketing, creative arts, administrative and virtual assistance, research and data analysis, sales and marketing, etc. The terms and conditions of the working relationship are specified in the contract: hours of work, fees and expenses, payment conditions, currency, location, applicable law and competent jurisdiction, etc. A number of alternatives have been provided, for the most appropriate option to be selected according to the relationship between the Freelancer and the Client. The International Freelance Agreement is similar to the International Services Contract but yet slightly different in the regard that is drafted specifically for a freelance relationship with an international Client, for a limited amount of hours per day/week/month in a certain project or, as the case may be, a series of projects of the same type. The language of this contract is English. It is available also in Spanish. |
