Commission Contract for Russia in English and Russian
|
Description
The commission contract for Russia, which comes in a bilingual English and Russian format, is used when a company commissions the sale (with or without exclusivity) of products and services to a person or company (commission agent) in Russia or pays him/it for the services only as a percentage on the amount of sales performed. The Agent's remuneration is only through a commission which is established as a percentage on the sales made and effectively collected by the Principal. There is no employment relationship between the Agent and the Principal, and their relationship is purely a commercial one. In this regard, on the end of this agreement, the Agent shall not be entitled to receive any compensation. The contract is adapted to the commercial uses and practices of the Russian market, and the special characteristics of Russia's mercantile laws. A guide in English on Negotiating Contracts in Russia is provided with the contract. |
