Description
The International Commission Agreement regulates the relations between a person or a company (Agent) which manages the sales for a company (Principal) which supplies products or services and which wishes to move into international markets. The Agent offers products to potential clients in an assigned territory (usually a country), strictly in accordance with the sale conditions indicated to it by the Principal The Agent's remuneration is only through a commission which is established as a percentage of the sales made and effectively collected by the Principal. There is no employment relationship between the Agent and the Principal, and their relationship is purely a commercial one. In this regard, on the end of this agreement, the Agent shall not be entitled to receive any compensation. In the most important aspects of the agreement (exclusivity, commissions, resolution of disagreements, etc.) a number of alternatives have been suggested in order that the most appropriate version may be chosen for the purposes of whoever writes up the agreement (Principal or Agent). The language of this contract is English. It is also available in Spanish, French, and German. |
